At the Svyatogorsk resident during the search, the police found a grenade
In the course of preventive work with Svyatogorskaya residents, members of the Slavic Police Department received information that one of the local residents could store ammunition at home. After obtaining permission to search, law enforcement officers searched the suspect's apartment and found a RGD-5 grenade with a fuse under the cabinet. The suspect refused to explain the origin of the prohibited object.
This fact received a legal qualification in part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Wearing, storing, purchasing, manufacturing, repairing, transferring or selling firearms, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices without statutory permission". Her sanction provides for up to seven years in prison.
